Academic Fees
Suraya Bilkis Chitto Bitto Bidyapith (SBCBB) follows a transparent and structured academic fee system to support quality education and institutional services. The fee structure varies by grade level and reflects the academic resources, facilities, and support provided to students.
Parents and guardians are informed of the applicable fees at the time of admission. All fees must be paid according to the schedule announced by the school authority to ensure uninterrupted academic services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Assessment Fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge applicable to all grade levels and must be paid after submission of the online admission application through the school website.
The Admission Fee is payable once admission is confirmed and must be cleared within the timeframe specified by the school authority. Payments may be made through bank deposit, bank transfer, or directly at the admissions office using cash or cheque.
The Academic Support and Learning Resources Fee covers costs related to curriculum materials, textbooks, stationery support, digital platforms, information technology services, laboratory usage, library facilities, and major academic or school events for the current academic year.
Tuition fees are collected on a term basis. The academic year is divided into multiple terms, and fees must be paid before the start of each term as per the announced schedule.
A concession may be offered to parents who choose to pay the full academic year’s tuition in a single installment, subject to school policy.
School uniforms are arranged through designated suppliers. Details regarding uniform measurements, ordering, and collection are available from the admissions office.
Late Payment & Fine Policy
A late payment charge will be applied if fees are not paid within the due date. A fine may be imposed for payments made after the grace period, with increased charges applied for extended delays as determined by school policy.
